Client Information - Screening Process

1st Choice Medical Staffing has developed a thorough screening process for all potential staff. Potential staffing candidates must complete the following basic screening process in order to be considered for any employment opportunities:

  • Valid License/Certification & proof of good standing
  • Current TB Skin Test
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Drug Screening
  • Face-to-Face Personal Interview
  • Skills Assessment
  • Validation of References
  • Nation-Wide Criminal Background Check

*Potential staffing candidates may also be asked to complete additional screening based on the requirements/needs of the client.
