1st Choice Medical Staffing has developed a thorough screening process for all potential staff. Potential staffing candidates must complete the following basic screening process in order to be considered for any employment opportunities:
- Valid License/Certification & proof of good standing
- Current TB Skin Test
- Current CPR Certification
- Drug Screening
- Face-to-Face Personal Interview
- Skills Assessment
- Validation of References
- Nation-Wide Criminal Background Check
*Potential staffing candidates may also be asked to complete additional screening based on the requirements/needs of the client.
